I have a story that will make your blood boil. The mother of my children has been convicted of conspiracy to harm a child and recieved 3 years formal probation. In a nut shell here is what she did: She had me sent to prison with the help of her mother, claiming that I was abusing her and that I choked her for 30 seconds. Off to prison I went. She then started an online relationship with a woman and moved my kids to Vallejo, California. At the time, she allowed this woman and her adult son to abuse my daughter who was 2 years old and my son who as 3 years old. These people would hog tie my children to furniture and beat them with a belt or an extension cord. They would starve my kids and refuse to give them anything to eat. My kids were forced to stand in the bathtub full of ice cold water while the water from the showerhead would splash on them for hours on end. My son was tied up hog style and then a man would tie the other end of the rope to his ankle and drag my son up and down stairs.
At one point, this man's mother -- my kids' mother's lover -- cut my son across the head and then sat on top of him and sewed the injury up with common needle and thread right there on the living room floor. These people and their mother would tie my son to the couch to make him sleep at night and my daughter... well she wasn't so lucky, she was hog tied to a toilet and forced to sleep on the bathroom floor. All this while their mother instead of protecting them participated and ignored her crying children. My kids were not allowed to go to school, of course. How could they? Someone would have noticed the rope burns across my son's two arms and his torso and then there was that big old patch of missing hair off his scalp.
Now -- and completely defying all rational thinking, in fact, it's quite unbelievable -- Child and Family Services in Santa Clara County, California has returned the kids to their mother and expects me to miss some time from work every Tuesday to visit my children for one hour with a cop in the room while the mother is treated like the victim.
