I am a divorced father. The court awarded me joint physical and legal custody when my son was 3 1/2.

That worked pretty well for 7 years

2 1/2 years ago on Christmas Day, my son was with me and acting unusually upset. I asked him if he wanted to see his mom so she came and picked him up. Since the,n she has insisted that I only see him 2 1/2 hours per week under her supervision. That would not be consistent with the court's order. In fact, she is not following any part of the court order.

I am not in favor of picking my son up using the police. I can't afford another attorney. I lost my life savings in the original court battle. Please help.
