John's story

I couldn't believe it.  Until the day the police showed up at my home, I was what my neighbors, colleagues, and my kids' elementary school teachers said was a good dad. Not anymore. Now I feel like I'm walking around with a scarlet letter on my chest and back, one that reads, "BAD DAD."

My kids don't think so. Every time I see them, they beg me for "more time."  More time? I used to be their primary caregiver! I took them to soccer. I took them to school.I took them to the movies. I took them everywhere.  That all ended when my ex made false allegations against me. What was it they say? Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer? I had no idea that the enemy of my entire family would be the woman who professed to be a good mom and a loving wife.

How quickly she turned when to do so was an advantage in court. This has got to end. My attorney took one look at my case and concluded that she was as outlandish as the accusations were, but he noted the approach was all too common. SOMEONE HAS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT COURTS AND MEDIATORS WHO ALLOW THE DESTRUCTION OF FAMILIES AS THEY LOOK THE OTHER WAY AT ALLEGATIONS THAT ARE COMPLETELY FALSE AND WITHOUT MERIT.
NOT A BAD DAD...A MAD DAD
