After a female sexual predator followed me home one night and used lies, trickery, fraud and deception to "obtain my genetics" and become artificially inseminated, I was notified by DCS that I was required to take a DNA test. She apparently had all this planned out. As she stated, “I already have one (illegitimate), it would not be hard to have another…”. She had discovered that there is no law in our county prohibiting her behavior and that she can create a non taxable income that she is not even held accountable for by pumping out as many children as possible by as many different men. She's now up to five young victims by as many different men. When she met me, she was bankrupt with maxed out credit cards and new car payments. Just when I the IRS hit me with income withholding and it went into effect in May of 2003, she moved out of her mommy and daddy's house (7 people living in a three bedroom house violating housing standards), into a three-bedroom home with a two-car garage and hot tub. She has told numerous lies and is having me pay her family (who is committing fraud by collecting disability) to baby sit all of the illegitimates. She even threw a “house-warming” party and invited co-workers to bring their children to a kegger. I reported this to DCS, but they ignored me. I filed for a Declatory, Injunctive Relief and motion to dismiss in Clackamas County, but my petitions were denied without reason by the Pro Tem “judges” since I was representing myself Pro Se.

The day that my income was withheld at the company where I was employed as a Systems Administrator, I was called into the office manager's office and notified that I had been terminated. DCS was stealing $1,422/month apparently due to whatever lies this criminal female told them. I had to fight for unemployment benefits and when I finally received them, 41% was stolen. I was in an accident in 2002 and was undergoing medical treatment for permanently disabling injuries to my neck and back, jaw, ears (which affect balance) and eyes. I informed DCS and even mailed them copies of a partial list of my medical bills by certified mail, but they informed me that the order had already been entered before they received them and just disregarded them. At the same time of the accident, I was also diagnosed with severe High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol and had been on daily medication that ran several hundred dollars alone. I also provided DCS with receipts for my medication and they just ignored them also. I have been suffering from these injuries and am still trying to see doctor’s once/week to treat my injuries. As DCS my medical condition, I have been forced to STOP TAKING MY LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS, which I can no longer afford to purchase.

I had filed for an Administrative (phone) Hearing due to my change in circumstances and the “judge” Vance Bybee took months to schedule this hearing. In the meantime, I was still expected to pay $1,422 per month. The state recommended lowering the amount to $311 per month, but Bybee ignored this and set the amount to $530 plus $120 service fees. He then denied my motion to appeal even though I had informed him about my medical conditions. In April of this year, my unemployment benefits ran out and my savings are now depleted. Despite my daily efforts to seek employment in the state of Oregon, which has one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation, and despite my severe limitation due to medical problems, I still have not been able to secure employment, yet I am still expected to provide $530 plus $120 in fees.

I am being evicted and have no way to pay my bills and every day living expenses such as food. I've become insolvent/indigent due to a female sexual predator. She on the other hand is living comfortably pumping out even more illegitimate children. I have filed for another Admin Hearing and have been submitting evidence and questions to be used for discovery in this case. I am pleading for court appointed legal assistance since I have a mild traumatic brain injury and problems with concentration and vision. I have called MANY numbers to try to obtain legal aid, but they just shuffle me to other departments. It's now been two weeks and I have HEARD NOTHING.

At present, even though I have three doctors (two by SS) stating that I am disabled, the judge has still denied my benefits for unknown reasons...
