3,000 Mile Kidnapping By a 'Mother' With Multiple Arrests

The court system is indifferent to the needs of a child to be with his father and the
father's aching to be with his child. My son's unscrupulous wife stole my grandson
two months ago. She took him from California to New York. My son thought it was for a visit. When she got there, she told my son they were not coming back and that if he tried to fight this, she would claim abuse. Not only did she make up false allegations of abuse, but claimed my son raped her. My son obtained an attorney and had to wait for the courts to decide when and how they would proceed. No sense of urgency, no compassion as far as the true crime that had taken place (parental abduction).The courts seem to be sanctioning this behavior. The New York courts claimed jurisdiction, due to her false allegations. Boy, did she do her homework. She has had many arrests and drunken scenes all of which are documented, my son has nothing of the kind. Yet, he is the parent who has been without his child for two months and the courts just delayed it for another month. My son has paid a ridiculous amount of money to an attorney that has done nothing. So far, his wife and New York have been pulling all of the strings. Where does a father go to be heard? Why do the courts think nothing of a son being ripped from his father and and let an unfit woman keep that child for months and months, delay after delay? Who is advocating for the father? Who does he call for help.He has already spent so much money and he is doing all of this while trying to remain employed.
