Brad's Story...
Feb 1997- blissfully married
Dec 2000- baby girl
Apr 2007- baby boy
Jan 2008- wife asks me to be stay at home dad
Jan 2008- wife begins secret extramarital affair
Oct 2010- wife denies extramarital affair and wants to continue marriage
Mar 2011- baby boy suffers traumatic brain injury and requires 24 hour care
May 2012- discover more evidence of extramarital affair, ask wife about it, she wants divorce and refuses to seek marital counseling.
Jun 2012- I file for custody and outline wife's improprieties.
Jun 2012- wife falsely alleges abuse and I'm issued restraining order
Jul 2012- Judge ignores my pleas for help, refuses to allow my evidence, refuses to allow my witnesses, issues custody to wife, and tells me to wait on his decision concerning restraining order.
Aug 2012- Wife moves my children and property to new house with new boyfriend while I'm waiting on judge's decision concerning restraining order which coincidentally is issued same day.... he dismissed it, but now it's too late to make a difference
Oct 2012- After repeated contempt of court actions by wife interfering with visitation, I am jailed for violating the dismissed restraining order.... then it just gets worse from there.
